Payment Policy

 

We accept Cash, Check and all forms of Major Credit Card payments. All return checks will be charged a 25.00 return check fee. First time clients have a 200.00 check limit. You may tip your stylist directly if you wish, but gratuities are not permitted to be added to your payment.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

To be curious to other customers and our stylist, please notify us of any changes to your appointment immediately, so the stylist and clients will have the opportunity to fill any open times.

 

Required Appointment Deposit

 

Bridal Party ‐ To book a Bridal party, a 50% deposit is required.

Hair Extension – 50% is required at time of booking the appointment

Habitual no show (more than twice) – if fail to cancel an appointment less than 24 hours from your appointment

time, a 50% deposit will be required for you next service.

 

Children in salon

 

For their safety and the convenience of all the clients and staff, small children are not allowed to be unattended in

the salon

 

Pets

 

NJAC 13:28‐3.6 prohibits any pets other than trained guide dogs for the disabled, sightless or hearing impaired,

inside the salon.

 

Appointment Times

 

For all our scheduled appointments, we have dedicated sufficient time to professionally complete the service,

therefore, please remember the following that may affect your appointment:

 

          Upon scheduling your appointment, if you feel or you are aware the service provider may require

          additional time to complete the service (length or special requests), please mention such at time

          of booking the appointment are our staff will be more than pleased to accommodate (additional

          charges will apply.)

 

          Please be 5 min early to your appointment, This will allow us to dedicate to all clients the time

          necessary to provide our professional services. Client arriving 15 minutes after their scheduled

          time will be required to rebook.

 

          Please notify us immediately if you need an appointment change. Most of our staff work on

          appointment only, the more notice you provide the staff member with your change, the more

          time he/she will have to fill the vacant appointment. Please see require appointment deposit

          above, for client who repeatedly fail to provide 24 hour notices of cancellation or change.

 

Expensive clothing or person items

 

As you may be aware, we encourage our clients to change into a salon robe to better protect their articles of

clothing for staining. This usually means that you will leave some clothing or other items in our changing room,

which is unattended and open to all the clients. We strongly recommend that you not leave any valuable items of

pieces of clothing in the changing room. Unfortunately we have no form of protecting your items, therefore, we

will responsible for loss of any items in the salon.
